Channel Registration Guide
Please carefully review the following requirements before proceeding with registration.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in channel registration rejection, suspension of analysis and revenue settlement, or forced withdrawal from the platform.
- Channel Ownership: You must be the owner of the channel, which must have accumulated at least 1 million total views.
- Content Requirements: Your channel must contain at least one original and creative piece of content.
- Copyright Compliance: Uploaded content must not infringe on any copyrights, including the unauthorized use of music or videos owned by others.
- YouTube Policy Compliance: All content must adhere to YouTube’s guideline and policies. Any violent, explicit, or otherwise prohibited material is strictly forbidden.
- Illegal Content Prohibition: Uploading illegal materials, including OTT service content, dramas, or videos sourced from other YouTube channels, is strictly prohibited.
Channel Registration and Verification
Copy the verification code > Go to your YouTube channel
Click “View Your Channel“ tab and move to “Customize Channel“ tab
Go to “Customization tab” > Paste the verification code in the “Description” field.

Click 'Verify' for the registered channel in the Channel Management page
- STEP 3
Copy the verification code
- STEP 4
Click the pencil icon (settings button) in your YouTube channel > Channel view details
- STEP 5
Click the description area in channel settings
- STEP 6
Paste the copied verification code in the description field and save
- STEP 7
Verification will be completed after the approval from SIWOL MUSIC Team
